Lordship Salvation or Second Act of Grace? No!

Some (the false prophets) attempt to explain away the condition of the “church” with a doctrine called “Lordship Salvation”. Because they do not preach the one true gospel, and preach those things which men’s ears love to hear, they say that you need to be “saved” and  you need to have “Jesus as your Lord”. As if one can truly be born from above (God makes choice) and not confess Yeshua as their Lord. Beloved, there are many things wrong with this. First of all when we say “Jesus saves”,  let us not fall short of the full understanding. When grace comes to a person at the beginning, when God makes choice, and we enter into salvation. Salvation is more than saving us from sin. It is God saving His elect from sin, and judgment and death. Yeshua says, “He that endureth to the end shall be saved”. If we do not endure to the end we are not saved. These are not my words, but the words of Yeshua. To understand this most clearly look at the Mashiach, Yeshua. He endured to the end. And what was this enduring: through death, tasting death for all men, in grace in the Spirit unto the resurrection the third day, seated at the right hand throne of God with all power and authority. This is what is means to be saved: seated with the Mashiach, Yeshua, in the heavenlies through death. “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”. If we fall short of this end we will find ourselves in a grave (sheol) of condemnation. God wills by His grace that we, the chosen ones, be saved from sin in the days of our flesh, saved from the judgment of God (if it falls in our generation: it does), and saved from death.

The salvation of the saints is a salvation that endures to the end. If we do not continue  to the end, we were never of Him, Yeshua, who endured to the end. “If you abide in My word (to the end), you are truly my disciples.” Beloved, those who preach this false doctine “you must be saved and make Jesus your Lord”, as if God can give grace to a man, and he can be ignorant of his Lord at the same time, are barren of the one true gospel and the grace of God. They do not preach the one true gospel. They do not preach what Peter says is “the word (Old Testament, writings of the prophets, Tanach) preached by the gospel.” They do not preach the gospel which Paul, the apostolos, clearly states is “the Mashiach died for our sins according to the scriptures, He was buried and He rose again the third day according to the scriptures” (1 Cor 15:1-6). They do not preach the power of God. They have made themselves your teacher and usurped God. (God is in control of all things) “For my people love to have it so.”

Beloved, when God granted you grace to accept the one true gospel, Yeshua became your Lord. You cried out “Lord”. There was thankfulness to God for what He had done in the Mashiach, Yeshua. There was love, for the love of God was revealed. May no one (this is the false accuser) lessen what grace has done. The reason you stumble and struggle and seem to be without power if grace has truly come to you, is because the false accuser sets out to make you doubt God and the grace He has given unto you. Cease from doubting God by His grace! There is not a second act of grace, whether it be called entire sanctification (Wesley) or whether it be called “Lordship Salvation” (McArthur). In the grace of God Yeshua is your Lord. You have been made a slave to Yeshua ha Mashiach. You have been deceived to doubt God. Cease from doubting God!

Beloved, they who preach these false doctrines, do not rejoice when the one true gospel is preached. In the true grace if you stand, there will always be rejoicing when and where the one true gospel is preached, even if motives are wrong. Read Philippians. For God is able to teach all where and when they abide in the one true gospel and it is preached, even if the motives are wrong. For if the gospel, the power of God, is preached, I and all the children of grace by God’s will rejoice, and again I say rejoice. I affirm in the presence of God that my motives in preaching the one true gospel are in love. For there is no envy and strife, for there cannot be. For I have not known where this gospel has been preached in any other place in this crooked generation of judgment. How can there be envy and strife, if there is nothing to envy or strive over? There cannot be, thus I know the one true gospel I preach, is preached of love from a pure heart, the heart of our God and Father, and our Lord Yeshua ha Mashiach.

The false prophets do not rejoice in the preaching of the one true gospel.  They make their boast in doctrine rather than the Mashiach. They make merchandise of men’s souls as all false prophets do. What do I and all who are in the true grace of God take from you and them? What do we covet? Only their solus betrothed to the Mashiach. When will these false prophets quit selling the things of God for unrighteous mannon? When will the judgment of God be so near that the “bank check” will not clear in time? Never! There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Their doctrine usurps the one true gospel. Doctrine is not the power of God. The one true gospel is the power of God. Be not deceived! Beware of man!

And I will speak about grace upon grace in the life of the chosen ones of God, the elect. When our eyes were opened, it was grace and the will of God that opened our eyes. And it has been grace upon grace that has brought us here and now to this point in time where we find ourselves still attached to the one true gospel, and it will be grace upon grace that will bring us into “the presence of the Lord”. Do not fall short of the work of grace, living and abiding in the presence of God forever and ever. This is the full inheritance of the saints. This is what it means to be saved when we have endured to the end by grace. To all the true children of grace, He is their Lord and Master, their God and Savior, and we are their brothers and sisters in the Spirit for all eternity.
