Hermeneutics is a so-called theological term, that is the study of the theory of Biblical interpretation.
The true definition of hermeneutics is men attempting to comprehend God with their carnal mind.
The Old Testament, the prophecies concerning the Mashiach’s (who is Yeshua of Nazareth) death for our sins, His burial and His resurrection the third day are accepted by grace. A person chosen of God does not understand what he has accepted. There is the grace of God for a person to accept and be attached to the one true gospel. For who is able to understand the Creator of the universe becoming man and dying on a cross. Who is able to understand the love of God that surpasses knowledge. The gospel is accepted and not understood, for it is foolishness to men in their carnal thinking. And yet that what we accept without understanding and only by the will and grace of God gives us much understanding. Again foolishness to the carnal mind, and this I rejoice. For the Mashiach is made everything to us, even understanding. From no understanding, comes forth all the understanding of God in the Mashiach.
After the word by the gospel is accepted by grace, then understanding that only comes from God will begin to be given to us by God. And God gives guides, and this is according to God’s will and pleasure. A guide to preach the one true gospel, and a guide to give the understanding of God when we have so little understanding. But a little of God’s understanding is far greater than what we can comprehend with the flesh. For in the flesh we are blind, and dumb and ignorant. But when grace comes God Himself is our teacher as it is written, “For this is the agreement that I will make with the house of Yisrael after those days, saith Yehovah. I will put my laws into their mid, and write them in their hearts. And I will be to them God, and they shall be to me a people, and they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord. For all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. “ And God places men and women in His assembly. And He gives gifts to the assembly, such as apostolos. Not all are apostolos. An apostolos is a gift to the assembly at large from Yeshua. It is one who “stands fast apart”. This grace, this gift, ensures the gospel “stands fast apart” from men who are in the flesh but not of the flesh. There are also other gifts given to the assembly by God: prophets, declarers of the one true gospel (evangelists), overseers (pastors) and teachers. These gifts are for all the assembly. There is no reason to envy and be jealous. The gifts are ours. We have the mind of the Mashiach. We have the unction and know all things. God fills up our lack. There is love in the assembly where the one true gospel is preached, and abundantly. They who receive a gift (a prophet) receive the reward of the gift. “He gave some gifts as apostolos, and some prophets, and some “declarers of the one true gospel” and some overseers, and some teachers, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of the Mashiach, till we all come into the unity of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the statute of the fullness of the Mashiach, that we be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of man, cunning craftiness, where by they lie in wait to deceive, but speaking the truth in love, may grow up into Him in all things, who is the head, the Mashiach.” The gift Paul walked in, apostolos, is why at times he would find himself with no one standing with him, but he stood none the less, and this is by the grace of God. This is so grace might be grace at all times. It is according to the purpose of God. This is God’s purpose so no man will boast in himself, but only in Yeshua. “But the anointing which you have received of Him abideth among you, and you need not that any man teach you. But as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it has taught you, you shall abide in Him.”
