All understanding comes from the writings of the prophets (Old Testament or Tanach: they are one and the same) in light of the Mashiach’s death for our sin, His burial and His resurrection the third day. The Law and the Prophets prophesy or foretell the Christ’s death for our sins, His burial and His resurrection the third day. Yeshua of Nazareth is the Mashiach.
Beloved, no place in the writings of the apostolos is the one true gospel called the “gospel of love”. It is called the gospel of peace; the gospel of God, the gospel of the Christos, the gospel of Yeshua, and the gospel of the grace of God, but it not called the gospel of love. And there is only one gospel. To say God loves all men is the understanding of the gospel, but is not the gospel. How can a man know the love of God, if God does not grant him grace to accept the gospel? He cannot! The one true gospel with full assurance is the Mashiach, Yeshua of Nazareth, died for sins according to the Tanach (Old Testament), He was buried, and He rose again the third day according to the Old Testament (Tanach). To preach the gospel most clearly is to declare in the hearing of the hearer that the Mashiach died for our sins, and according to the Tanach, and He was buried, and He was raised the third day, and according to the Tanach. This is the gospel that is the power of God unto salvation. It is in the midst of the one true gospel that God according to His will gives grace to a man to accept the one true gospel. At the moment of salvation when grace is given by God there is no disagreement concerning the one true gospel. Afterwards the false accuser (of God) might come in and plant deception, but the one true gospel is pure and true and the power of God. Understanding and doctrine is not the power of God. Only the one true gospel is the power of God. And the one true gospel can only be preached by the will of God, since it is the power of God. The one true gospel cannot be preached by the will of a man, for the will of a man cannot control the power and the Spirit of God.
